Analysis the comprehensive training of a professional in cuba

Abstract

Nowadays, not only do individuals need to be trained to contribute to the development of society, but their security must also be promoted through sustainability. Cuban universities dedicate special attention not only to the teaching skills of their students but also to the creation of values ​​in them that define a young revolutionary, hosting several spaces and initiatives where they enhance their values ​​as human beings and allow them to support the needs of the country, the province and the most vulnerable. Therefore, the objective of this work is to analyze the role played by Cuban universities and especially the University of Matanzas in the training of comprehensive professionals and their projection towards society.
