THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE CULTURE OF PEACE IN THE UNIVERSITY CONTEXT IN STUDENTS OF THE DEGREE IN EDUCATION

Abstract

The investigation presents the topic of the culture of peace inmersa in campus Caborca, university of Sound, Mexico. The same one is outstanding as long as the education and the culture of peace are traverse axes of the school curriculum, in an university that sustains their to work about the peace and the non violence, mainly in the current times, where the violence disguises in different ways. The culture of peace is assumed like a road of they have taken as sample the students of the degree in education, as long as that it facilitates to promote important abilities socioemocionales in the students and it should guarantee an attitude of mutual respect between the students and the teachers, for that reason, the necessity that the formative process rejects all type of manifestation of violence: psychological, symbolic, of gender, school, it is to establish cánones where the equality is expressed among all the actors of the process, of forming a graduate in education able to strengthen the knots of friendship, solidarity, tolerance, respect, assertive communication. It is for it that the education plays a fundamental paper when contributing in the formation of values of the civic futures that you/they will be educated by the today licensed in formation, but this is not enough; it urges to strengthen the culture of peace like a distinctive aspect of their integral formation, as a way of professional performance, mainly, given the characteristics of the municipality Caborca.
