The practice of popular education im its educational dimension for local development

Abstract

This work discusses the theme of the popular education like beneficiary of changes in the subjective formation, the processes of socialization and individualization, the development of potentialities and people's capabilities. The methodologies that she proposes are the simple reason to think that confidence offers when expressing that the amendment to the articles of incorporation is a mandate because we lived in a world determined by models of development proposed from the capitalist perspective, what exclusion of human lives and extermination of nature supposes. Of there than the contents of the popular education the fight against all discrimination is sociocultural, which is why it proves to be essential to create new manners to interpret the world like fruit of the collective construction, an emancipatory society, self-managed, to it good-looking the popular education. This work summarizes the result of some projects that have converged at Yaguajay's municipality with the aim of achieving better effects in the local development at a so vulnerable sector as the Ministry is the Agriculture (MINAGRI) and the cattle sector, and methodological based in the popular education have determined tools themselves for it which has helped the people to understand the social and cost-reducing role that they play at his municipality and in Cuba with the production of foodstuff, considering the social equity like beginning.
