EXTENSIONISM OR UNIVERSITY SOCIAL SERVICE AS AN IMPORTANT PART OF CULTURE

Abstract

The University Social Service or University Extensionism are a key part that should be considered within the culture, since students are agents of change in the transformation of this. The purpose of this work is to describe the aspects that support the fact that these variables have a positive influence on culture in different societies, regions and contexts. The methodology applied is a review of the literature on the basis that students providing social service or university extension work transform cultures. The results imply describing the relationship of these variables and concluding in the consideration of taking into account this change of culture as a change at this moment of integrating students into the work environment.
